To join the Society please fill in this form. It will generate an email which will be processed by our volunteers next Monday or Thursday.
We ask for your address so we can mail you our newsletter. We ask for your phone number so we can contact you if required. Your email address helps us notify you of forthcoming events.
Individual membership is $40.00 per year. Family membership (two adults plus any children at the same address under 16 years of age) is $55.00 per year.
Members obtain:
Free admission to the Museum on Sunday afternoons (February to November)
A bi-monthly newsletter (6 issues per year)
Offers of special events such as tours of local places of interest
Notification of bi-monthly meetings at the Uniting Church Community Centre, Seddon Street, Ivanhoe. Those meetings have a guest speaker, and supper afterwards.

Membership applications are handled by volunteers each Monday and Thursday. Once we receive your application we will email you a welcome letter which will include a login and password to access the members’ database.
Members can browse our online collection of 8,867 photographs, 4,068 maps, brochures and subdivision plans, and 3,187 archived PDFs of community documents. This collection is growing constantly. Note that the online images are sized down to 500 pixels in width and watermarked. Full-size, non-watermarked images can be purchased by visiting the Museum on Sunday afternoons, or by contacting us by email quoting the image reference. You can use the online search to choose which ones you are interested in.
Members downloading information and material from the Members Page must only use it for personal purposes. Members wishing to use or disclose information or material for other purposes (eg. publications, or commercial use) must obtain the written permission of the Society.
